Refund Policy

Ranked Coach's core coaching features are free. You can use the service, link your VALORANT account, and review your matches without paying.

Paid plans remove advertising and add optional convenience and educational features. Subscriptions are billed in advance through our payment provider, Paddle, and renew automatically until cancelled.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, so you keep paid access until then. We do not prorate partial months after cancellation.

If you are not satisfied with a paid plan, contact us within 14 days of your initial purchase or renewal for a refund. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method and normally appear within 5–10 business days. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that abuse this policy.

Switching to a lower-priced plan takes effect at the next billing date. Until then, your current plan remains active.
