Privacy Policy

• Account data: email, username, hashed credentials (handled by our auth provider), and plan status.
• Game data: for VALORANT accounts you explicitly claim — Riot ID, PUUID, region, rank history, and competitive match details (rounds, kills, agents, maps).
• Your own input: reflections, goals, focus adherence and ratings you enter.
• Operational data: sync logs, error reports, and basic usage metrics.

Solely to provide coaching: computing your skill pillars, insights, focus queue and progress over time. We do not sell your data or use it for third-party profiling.

We only store game data for accounts a signed-in user has claimed as their own. Other players who appear in your matches are stored only as they appear in that match record, and are never searchable, aggregated into public profiles, or exposed to other users.

• Match data is retrieved from a third-party VALORANT data provider.
• Authentication, database and hosting are provided by our cloud platform.
• Payments are processed by our payment provider; we never see your card details.
• On the free plan, advertising is served by Google; see our Cookie Policy.

Match and coaching data is kept while your account exists so trends stay meaningful. Deleting your account removes your profile, linked Riot accounts, matches, reflections and settings permanently, normally within minutes.

You can export everything we store about you, and delete your account and all associated data, from Settings → Player Profiles. You can also unlink an individual VALORANT account at any time. For any other request: privacy@rankedcoach.gg.

Data is stored with row-level access control so each user can only ever read their own rows. Privileged operations run server-side only and secrets are never exposed to the browser.
